Travel desk

Travel Assistance is available inside the hospital premises. Travel Assistant will also assist in arranging accommodation outside hospital and local sightseeing.


Visa assistance

We have a dedicated International Patient Services team, which helps in arranging VISA by providing a VISA Invitation letter to The Indian High Commission in the patient's country. This helps to obtain medical visa not only for patient but also for the accompanying attendant. The team does assist with VISA extension as well.

Airport pick-up & drop

At Cytecare, we understand commuting in a new location with no or limited understanding of directions, distance etc. is hard to cope with, therefore we arrange complimentary airport pick up/drop in a comfortable cab/ ambulance for patient and accompanying attendant to hospital or hotel as per patient's medical condition or choice. Also if required Hospital executive or an interpreter can be made available to receive the patient at the airport.


We provide assistance to book hotel/Service Apartments as per your preference /requirement.

Currency exchange

The International Patient Services team will assist in Currency exchange as per the requirement.

Local SIM/Phone

Upon arrival, patients will be provided with a local SIM/Phone to communicate with their near and dear ones.

Flight Booking Assistance

We have a Travel desk available in the hospital to assist the International patients with their flight booking or rescheduling.

Local Tour

After the completion of treatment, the patients are provided with one complimentary local tour to get refreshed and carry back home some beautiful memories along.

Medical form formalities

It is advisable that the patient shares the medical report, case history, details of treatment taken and current clinical status by email before they travel to Cytecare for their treatment. Our medical experts shall evaluate reports to plan treatment, expected duration of stay at the hospital and post discharge follow up mechanism. The Relationship manager will help you to do all the Medical clearance related formalities required for smooth air travel.

Language Interpreters

We have in-house interpreters for French, Arabic, Spanish, Bengali languages to overcome the Language barrier.

Dedicated Relationship Manager

We assign Single point of contact (SPOC) for each patient for better coordination. SPOC assists patient and accompanying attendant throughout their stay for all non-medical assistance like Registration, OPD Coordinations, Admission & Discharge formalities, interpreter etc.
